QVC Temp-tations Oven Gloves were recalled in December 2024 because they can fail to provide sufficient protection from heat, which poses a burn hazard. QVC received 162 reports of insufficient heat protection, including 92 of minor burns.
About 1.1 million pairs were recalled under CPSC recall 25-059. They were sold by QVC from August 2018 through August 2024, in pairs and sets, in blue, yellow, red, floral and summer shell prints.

People who bought Temp-tations Oven Gloves from QVC.com, QVC televised shows or QVC digital shopping platforms from August 2018 to August 2024 may be affected. They came in pairs, two-pair sets and sets with drying mats or trivets. The prints were blue, yellow, red, floral or summer shell. A Temp-tations label is stitched inside each glove.
