BlendJet Class Action Lawsuit
In September 2023, a class action lawsuit was filed against BlendJet, accusing the company of making deceptive marketing claims about its portable blenders. The plaintiffs allege that BlendJet exaggerated the capabilities of its blenders, misleading consumers into believing the products were durable and high-performing.
The lawsuit claims that the BlendJet 2 portable blenders are defective, with many units reportedly ceasing to function within a short time after purchase. Plaintiffs argue that BlendJet was aware of these defects but continued to market the blenders positively, failing to disclose potential issues to customers.
Many consumers reported being dissatisfied with their purchases, citing problems like motor failure and leaking.
One consumer review stated: “I bought the BlendJet 2 expecting reliability, but the blender stopped working after just a few uses.”
If successful, the lawsuit could result in compensation for affected customers and potentially force BlendJet to change its marketing practices.
