Tractor Supply Company recalled about 18,000 Traveller aluminum loading ramps on July 17, 2025. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the Fast Track recall. The ramps can bend or break during use, so they pose a fall hazard.
Tractor Supply received 35 reports of bent or broken ramps. Two reports described knee and other injuries. The recall remains open. Stop using the ramps and ask for a full refund.
The recall covers models 58001, 58003 and 58005, sold from October 2024 through July 2025. No lawsuit or MDL exists for these ramps.

July 17, 2025: CPSC Announces Traveller Ramp Recall
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a Fast Track recall covering about 18,000 Traveller ramps. Tractor Supply Company sold them and is the importer. The recall number is 25-387 [1].
The remedy is a full refund, handled in a store or by phone with the firm. Owners can return the ramps to any Tractor Supply store.
Which Aluminum Loading Ramps Are Affected?
According to Tractor Supply’s recall notice, the recall covers three Traveller ramps [2]:
- Traveller 3,000 lb. 12″ x 90″ Aluminum Sheet Arched Ramp, model 58001
- Traveller 1,800 lb. 77″ Straight Ramp, model 58003
- Traveller 1,500 lb. 12″ x 84″ Aluminum Sheet Arched Ramp, model 58005
The ramps were sold at Tractor Supply stores nationwide and online at tractorsupply.com from October 2024 through July 2025. Prices ranged between $180 and $220.
Why Were the Aluminum Loading Ramps Recalled?
The ramps were recalled because they cannot withstand the weight of equipment within the limits specified on the ramps. They can bend or break while in use, and CPSC calls this a fall hazard.
Consumers use the ramps to load equipment, such as riding lawn mowers, ATVs, golf carts or other vehicles, onto elevated surfaces. Those surfaces include trailers and pick up beds.
Reported Incidents, Injuries, or Illnesses
The firm received 35 reports of ramps bending or breaking. Among them, two reports said ramps broke and caused knee and other injuries.
These are the firm’s reports to CPSC, not findings about what caused each incident. Anyone hurt while using a recalled ramp can report it on CPSC’s SaferProducts.gov site [3].
What Should Consumers Do?
Owners of the recalled Traveller ramps can take these steps:
- Stop using the recalled ramps immediately.
- Check the model number on the ramp.
- Take the ramps back to any Tractor Supply store for a full refund.
- Or call Tractor Supply toll-free at 877-718-6750 for instructions on sending a photo of the ramp marked “Recalled” in permanent paint.
- Email the photo to customersolutions@tractorsupply.com, or find the notice under “Recall Notices” at tractorsupply.com.
Legal Options
Someone hurt when a recalled ramp bent or broke may speak with a lawyer about their own facts. A recall alone does not automatically mean the seller is liable or that any one owner can bring a claim.
