Every affected range has a rating plate on the bottom panel, under the storage drawer, that carries the model and serial number.

Why Were the AGA Luxury Ranges Recalled?
The AGA Elise, Mercury and La Cornue CornuFé ranges were recalled because some units left the factory missing a cap on the gas manifold test port.
Without that cap, gas can leak from the port once the range is connected to a gas supply. AGA Rangemaster manufactures the ranges in the United Kingdom.
It sold them through authorized appliance dealers in the United States and Canada from March 2025 through July 2026, for about $6,000 to $20,000.
The company reported no gas-leak incidents involving these ranges before it issued the recall together with CPSC and Health Canada, and it began offering owners a free inspection and repair.
