What’s the problem with Sildenafil?
Sildenafil can lower the blood pressure to dangerous levels if administered in too high doses or in combination with other drugs. Erectile dysfunction drugs work by dilating blood vessels and increasing the flow of blood to the penis. The danger in taking sildenafil and drugs with similar action is that dilation of blood vessels leads to lowered blood pressure.
