The complaint alleges that Tyndall used his position of authority to molest and victimize thousands of women, and that USC executives are culpable for failing to take any protective actions on behalf of these women.

What’s the Problem?
Unlike many of the other complaints filed to date, which listed USC as a defendant, the new class action names Tyndall as the sole party responsible, a man who assaulted “hundreds, if not thousands, of women”.
“Tyndall violated [patient] trust by causing physical contact, including in the form of sexual abuse, molestation, and unwanted touching, in violation of his female patients that was not for the purpose of providing medical care, but for the purpose of providing Tyndall with sexual gratification,” the class action states.
This USC Sexual Assault Lawsuit is Case No. 2:18-cv-4940, in the U.S. District Court for Central California.
