Our lawyers are handling lawsuits for people injured in accidents involving recalled Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Mercedes Console Recall

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, is recalling C300 vehicles from model year 2019 which were sold with center console lock systems that might not lock properly. “In the event of a rear-end crash, the center console lid may open, increasing the risk of injury to occupants,” NHTSA said. Mercedes is notifying owners and dealers will check the center console storage compartment, and replace it, if necessary, free of charge. This recall began on October 30, 2020.

Mercedes C-Class and 2010 and 2011 E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet Models Recalled for Steering Problem

Mercedes recently announced that it had initiated the recall of almost 85,000 2010 Mercedes C-Class and 2010 and 2011 E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet models that might have a steering problem. According to the company, they are concerned that in the recalled models the steering systems may fail due to loss of power steering fluid. If that happens, the drivers will experience some loss of the control of the vehicle. This recall began in October 2011.
