What's the Problem?
This recall affects Land Rover Discovery vehicles from model years 2019-2020, according to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

A loose contact between the battery ground stud and the chassis on affected SUVs may result in various electrical faults, potential causing a loss of electrical power or the vehicle to shut down while driving, NHTSA said. If the vehicle shuts down or loses exterior lighting while driving, there could be an increased risk of a crash.
Land Rover is notifying owners and dealers will replace the ground stud, free of charge.
This recall began on December 17, 2020.
