- Inclined sleeper accessories sold with the Kolcraft Cuddle ‘n Care 2-in-1 Bassinet & Incline Sleeper (model number starting with KB063)

The recalled Kolcraft sleeper accessories were sold at juvenile product stores and mass merchandisers nationwide from March 2011 through December 2017 for about $140.
If you purchased an incline sleeper accessory that is affected by this recall, you should stop using it immediately and contact Kolcraft for a $35 voucher or a $20 refund.

Bassinets and Safe Sleeping
Your baby’s sleep surface is one of the most important factors in protecting your child from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). However, some of the conversations around bassinet safety can be confusing.
Bassinet safety is actually pretty simple. Observe these safety tips to avoid potential hazards:
- Ensure the bassinet meets current safety standards and has breathable mesh sides for improved airflow and visibility.
- Keep the bassinet free of extra objects like toys, pillows, and blankets to reduce the risk of suffocation and SIDS.
- Use fitted sheets specifically designed for your bassinet and avoid soft mattresses; firm surfaces are safer for infants.
- Transition your baby to a crib once they start to roll or stand, as bassinets are only intended for the first 4 to 6 months of life.
