Kimpex Skis Recall Lawsuit Details
According to a Recall Notice from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) [1.], this action affects Kimpex Rush and Kimpex Arrow II Ski Kits and Kimpex Rush and Kimpex Arrow II adaptor kits, which are used to replace the skis on snowmobiles.
“The skis can detach from the snowmobile, posing a crash hazard and risk of serious injury,” CPSC said. “The firm has received two reports of the skis falling off snowmobiles.”
The recalled kits were sold in red, green, yellow, white, black and blue. The word “Kimpex” is stamped on both sides of the snowmobile’s ski handles.
The recalled Kimpex Rush and Kimpex Arrow II Ski Kits and Kimpex Rush and Kimpex Arrow II adaptor kits were sold online and at Kimpex USA dealers nationwide from April 2022 through January 2025.
If you purchased Kimpex Ski and Adaptor Kits that are affected by this recall, you should stop using them immediately and contact a Kimpex dealer for a free repair kit.
This recall began on March 20, 2025.
