What's the Problem?
This recall affects about 1,000 Garia golf and courtesy battery-powered electric vehicles (BEV’s) from model year 2010-2019, according to the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) [1]. Affected models include:
- Garia Golf
- Garia Golf 2+2
- Garia Courtesy 4
- Garia Courtesy 4+2
VIN numbers on the recalled golf carts are printed on the chassis under the front seat cushion; the model year can be identified by the 10th digit in the VIN number.
If you purchased a Garia Golf Cart that is affected by this recall, you should stop using it immediately and contact Garia or a Garia dealer to schedule a free repair. This recall began on May 14, 2020.
