These cheese dips were sold at Fred Meyer stores from May 15, 2020 to August 6, 2020, according to the FDA.

This recall was ordered after Fred Meyer was informed that one of its suppliers had received onions from Thomson International, Inc., which has been identified as the source of a salmonella outbreak that has sickened over 640 people in 43 states. It was later determined that the above cheese dips used red onions from Fred Meyer produce departments as an ingredient.

Consumers who purchased any recalled cheese dips should discard them or return them to Fred Meyer for a refund.

If you got sick after eating recalled dip from Fred Meyer, you should contact your physician immediately.

This recall began on August 12, 2020.
