Use of these products could result in a sight-threatening eye infection, according to the FDA.
Affected lots were distributed nationwide to wholesale and retail facilities. United Exchange Corp. learned of the problem via a customer complaint. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall.
The manufacturer has notified distributors and customers, and is arranging for return or disposal of all recalled lots of Family Care Eye Wash. If you are in possession of any of these products, you should stop using them immediately and contact United Exchange Corp. with questions or concerns.
