What is Eraser?
Eraser A/P is a non-selective broad-spectrum weed and grass killer used to control annual and perennial weeds, woody brush and trees. The herbicide, which is a generic version of Roundup made by Martin’s, contains 41% glyphosate with a surfactant included to increase effectiveness.
What are Roundup Ready Crops?
The use of Roundup has increased massively since Monsanto introduced genetically modified seeds that are resistant to glyphosate, allowing farmers to spray the herbicide without hurting their crops. These “Roundup Ready crops” account for nearly 300 million pounds of crops each year in the U.S.

Most cases involving products liability allege that a product was sold with design, manufacturing, and/or marketing defects, which typically refers to a company’s failure to warn of a certain side effect.
