What’s the Problem?
According to a Recall Notice [1] from the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), this action affects:
- Cooper All Field – Model Numbers AF-XXX; AN-XXX; ST-750; EXP-AF-XXX; PDR-AF-XXX; PDR-EXP-AF-XXX; PDR-AN-XXX; PDR-SD-XXX; PDR-XXXXX-AF-XXX
- Cooper Prism RGBA – Model Numbers AF-RGBA; PM-RGBA; PR-RGBA; PDRXXXXX-PM-RGBA; SAM-PM
Model numbers are located on a sticker affixed to the back of the light fixture, CPSC said. Most of the fixtures are installed at indoor and outdoor public sports venues.
The recalled lighting fixtures were sold to customers and through distributors, agents and resellers nationwide from January 2016 through May 2019 for between $4,000 and $5,000.
If you purchased lighting fixtures that are affected by this recall, you should stop using them and contact Cooper Lighting Solutions for a free repair.
This recall began on July 9, 2020.
Flos Pendant Light Fixtures Recalled Over Fall Hazard
Flos Inc. recalled about 4,000 Pendant light fixtures over concerns that the glass diffuser can detach and fall, posing an impact injury hazard.
This recall affects the Flos Romeo Moon model S2 and Romeo Louis II model S2 pendant lamps. The model number is printed on a label on the shade.
The recalled light fixtures were sold online and at Design Within Reach, Lumens, Ylighting, and other lighting stores from January 1996 through December 2006 for between $800 and $1,900.
If you purchased a light fixture that is affected by this recall, you should stop using it immediately and contact the firm or the place of purchase for a free repair kit that can be installed by consumers.
This recall began on Nov. 30, 2017.
