Consumer Alert: Apple Cider Recalled Across Ohio
December 7, 2010 – Bauman Orchards Inc., of Rittman, has announced a voluntary recall of about 50,000 gallons of apple cider because of potential product contamination.
The product carries the UPC of 2290600128 on gallon jugs and 2290600064 on half gallons and was manufactured from Sept. 1 through December 5. It was distributed to stores across Ohio during those dates.
Consumers are encouraged to not drink the cider and to return it to the stores at which it was purchased or to call Bauman Orchards at (330) 925-6861.
