The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning advising consumers not to purchase or use Hard Ten Days, a dietary supplement allegedly designed to support sexual enhancement. An FDA analysis determined that Hard Ten Days contains undeclared sildenafil, the active ingredient found in the best-selling erectile dysfunction drug Viagra. The sildenafil contained in Hard Ten Days has been linked to serious side effects including pounding heartbeats, vision changes, trouble breathing, strokes and seizures.

What’s the problem?
According to the FDA Warning, Hard Ten Days may be dangerous because it has the potential to interact with nitrates such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to hazardous levels. Individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or coronary artery disease (CAD) often take nitrates, and may be injured while taking Hard Ten Days.
The FDA is advising consumers in possession of Hard Ten Days to discontinue usage and discard any remaining product immediately. If you have taken Hard Ten Days and are experiencing any of the side effects listed below, you should contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible.

FDA: Dangerous ‘Dietary Supplement’ Drugs on the Rise
According to the FDA, Hard Ten Days is just one of many potentially dangerous so-called ‘dietary supplement’ products on the market that contain undeclared drugs or chemicals. Most of these purportedly ‘all-natural’ supplements are designed for sexual enhancement, weight loss and body building purposes. Since these products are classified as dietary supplements, the FDA does not conduct testing on them, and consumers are advised to use extreme caution before consuming any product designated as a dietary supplement.
