Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories and Watson Pharmaceuticals has recalled some of their digoxin and propafenone tablets because of a variation in tablet size, which means that these products could contain more than the labeled amount of digoxin. Too much of the drug can cause digoxin toxicity and could lead to patient deaths.
