What is the Problem?

Researchers at The Muhammad Ali Parkinson Research Centre at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona have reported that an unusually large number of patients taking Mirapex have gambled themselves into debt, while patients taking other medications have not.

Some of the 1,800 men studied by the researchers have reported gambling losses greater than $60,000. For most patients, the gambling behavior got better after their drugs were changed.
