The popular drug Cialis used by millions of American men to treat impotence and erectile dysfunction has been linked to blindness and other side effects.

More specifically, it has been discovered that Cialis causes a serious side effect called non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). NAION causes a sudden loss of eyesight because blood flow is blocked to the optic nerve.
